I have been a patient at the South Valley Clinic since 2015, seeing Dr. Volyn, then Dr. Ramage. A new ARNP, Barbara J. (BJ) Frey, started there in January of this year (2019) and i had an appt with her a month later. My GI doctor was leaving the downtown GI office, and i was hoping BJ would be willing to take over my complicated care (i'm a home intravenous nutrition patient) since the south valley office is very close to my home. This is for the Multicare South Valley Clinic, I had an appointment there today at 4:20pm, I was told that my appointment was at the Quail Run Clinic, when I arrived there they didn’t have an appointment for me, and told me where I needed to go, I immediately got in my car and started calling the clinic to tell them I was going to be late, because, that’s the right thing to Day. o I rushed down there as fast as I could and arrived at 4:36pm I walked in explained it to them and they told me they couldn’t see me today, as me i... read more

Getting through is a joke! Expect to spend your whole day trying to get ahold of someone and when you do they will only talk to you for a few seconds. Communication is another thing lacking. I went here because I liked how close it was to my home but I started seeing a new provider and like their attentiveness and concern so much better.
