I doubt anyone is a fan of going to the doctor, I'm not exception but Dr. Robin's is kind, professional and supportive. He offers information, advice and tools, and doesn't try to "sell" you on a specific lifestyle but instead talks about benefits and drawbacks of each. Its hard to find a doctor to be comfortable with and I'm really happy with my experience. The whole staff are great from MA, to office staff.
It was busy but it was fast. Very nice people.
