After waiting 2 weeks for an appointment with excruciating sciatica pain I was able to schedule an appointment during mid afternoon on January 17th. After being stuck behind two different busses delivering after school children I arrived 10 minutes late to the long awaited appointment The receptionist and therapist conferred for 30 seconds around the corner and informed me due to the late arrival I would have to reschedule I thanked her and immediately left. I have been coming to P.T. for a number of problems and have always been treated with exceptional care and always with good results. The atmosphere is awesome, relaxed, fun and personable. I highly recommend Rockwood Multicare Physical Therapy in the Spokane Valley....(on Houk).
This place is sad, just plain sad. Came to pick up a RX and pharmacy wouldn't accept it because the DR forgot to sign it. We called in early to a signed one and I came to pick it up and have been sitting here for almost an hour because the DR was busy and couldn't sign it right away. Seriously? Bad enough the medical staff is dropping like flies, guess they just don't care anymore.
No clue why there are so many bad reviews. I'm guessing they're for a different part of Rockwood because I have nothing but great things to say about this place. Even though I was set up initially with Dr. Adam Brown, but I've been seen by others there at different times when Adam is booked. I think it's great they share the patients instead of having Dr's fight about patients.
