The nurses are helpful but the billing is scammy. Rather than fixing a billing issue that was paid by state insurance, they said it’s not out of our pocket so just let the state pay for it. Well that’s out of the taxpayers pocket. Fix the billing problem, don’t try and get paid more than what you should. Also when they make appointments for 7 am and they ask you to be there early, the doors are almost always closed until after 7 am…. At least for our appointments.
Primary care on McDonald Rd. Is impossible to schedule appts to see Dr unless a month or more out. I tried this 3x and Dr kept cancelling appts last minute. Terrible service. Doctors do not physically examine anymore. Never had doctor palpate my painful abdomen.
