Very poor customer service. Very poor communication. Rejected service. Very poor if I could give it a 0 I would.
They never answer the phone, and they never call you back when you leave a message
Don't go here they are not to be trusted tryed to call and cancel second appointment and there is no way to leave a message so o well
From mis diagnosis to unreturned calls. I have experienced it all at Rockwood North and Rockwood Northpointe Specialty Clinic. I you remotely care about spending your hard earned money on your health care. Seek it somewhere else. Because Rockwood certainly does not.
Just as horrible and disorganized as all the other ones. The doctors are reckless and irresponsible as usual. It took 3 months for them to finally call and schedule an overdue procedure, even after faxing, emailing and calling them to get an update. I wonder how many of their patients die while waiting to hear back on something or from their lack of attention to details.
