The worst!!!! been on hold for hour just to make and appointment. My pharmacy send a request over a week ago and still have not heard back them. will be finding a new clinic. Update: finally answered and instantly transferred me to a phone that has been ringing non stop for 10 min.
I've always appreciated the Urgent care staff. Not so much with lab staff. The lab workers were disengaged, careless & preoccupied. I will not be using this lab again. I would encourage better customer service.
Very poor communication. Rejected service. Left wallet at home showed up from my appointment. Told I had to pay a fee for no insurance to be seen when I arrived at my appointment. Something they should have said when appointment was made. This is the second time I have tried to be seen when they messed up the day before saying my appointment was yesterday at 11 when I made it the day before at 1. Rejected service at the holland location. Rockwood has just gone down hill. Will not return.
Lazy staff, completely unwilling to do a little extra work. Doctors are alright but makes you think if they are good, why would they be working for such a dysfunctional institution with low standards of care. Don't believe me, check out their stars!!!
Doctor(PA) was and is amazing! Receptionist and lab workers take TOO long- horrible customer service! Said by several people waiting in long lines while workers a chatting amongst themselves- over two hours!!! Horrible- but I was told that it is normal for this office
