Short wait until I was taken to the exam room. I had been diagnosed with pneumonia and told to see my primary care physician. I was not able to get in to Dr Sestero but saw his ARNO Rebecca Randell. I felt that she took extra effort to listen to my lungs. She told me I still had some rales and needed to return in two weeks to see Dr Sestero to check me again. Been with them forever
Unethical practice. Took a blood sample for a routine annual physical but then sent it out for a very expensive and medically unnecessary test that I never consented to or even knew about. The expensive test was not mentioned by my doctor (Karen Noyes), and my chart lists all the tests ordered that day... expensive test wasn't on there.
