We saw Dr. Hubble for my 5 yo’s nose bleeds. Super nice guy, explained everything he was doing as he did it, was prepared in advance, even though their computers were down when we were there. Made my son very comfortable. Highly recommended!
Well, the referral was sent to them March 21st at 1:37PM. They could not get me in until July 11th. Mind you 4 In home DR visits, 2 trips to the er. This lump in my throat has been going on for 4 years. The ear infections are going on 1.5 years. I was told the lump is a grief lump, it would go away over time. Almost 4 years I can’t swallow 3 times in a row. Let alone 1 time without choking. Same problem as most others mention; this place does not answer their phones. I've left voicemails and never gotten a call back. Scheduling was supposed to have called me a week ago, so now it's a fight to get them to do their jobs at all. If I could give it a 0, that'd be more fitting.
I’m actually shocked with how many bad reviews there is for this clinic! My experience with the providers I’ve met has been absolutely lovely! I’ve been seen for chronic sinus issues, and have had 2 surgeries with Dr. Hubbell, and he’s been extraordinary! Dr. Hubbell and his assistant have been nothing but kind, patient, and understanding throughout every pre-op and post op appointment! It is impossible to work with this clinic. They don’t answer their phones, don’t call back, and when you finally do get through to someone (by complaining to customer service) they are rude as hell to you. The doctor and rest of the staff were great but whoever is in scheduling/calling is completely incompetent and needs to be replaced immediately. I have never been treated this badly by any clinic.
