I have called many times still no appointment available since June. This is a joke. Sacred Heart the only way to go.
Called to get a refill of my medicine and was told I needed to see Doctor Ordonez. It was upsetting that they couldn't just refill it. Went to schedule a colonoscopy with my doctor and was told I need a referral from my pcp. I couldn't understand why I needed a referral to see my doctor, whom I had been seeing for the past 12 years. I had to wait for my colonoscopy before they would prescribe the same medicine I had been taking all along.
