This is a new review from a VERY unhappy patient!!! I had a new medication prescribed & my meds were set up for mail delivery. Due to not knowing how much it was going to cost, my doctor put a note in that I would pick them up. However, Rockwood pharmacy ignored his note, charged me $50 and mailed out the pen needles BEFORE the medicine filled pen was authorized. This is negligence because I couldn’t afford the pens, so, now I’m stuck with worthless pen needles. As far as I’m concerned, Rockwood stole $50 from me!!!

Quick and easy!
I was at Urgentcare on Monday July 13th and 2 meds were semt to the pharmacy next door. I went to pick up but were they were not ready, so I asked for them to be sent to me as I was in too much pain to wait. It is now the 19th and I still have not received them. I am still in so much pain. I pray I get them Monday the 20th.
