I've only had 1 bad experience from a Dr that no longer works there. I've never had issues with referrals, refills or scheduling. Dr. Karen Noyes is my PCP. Her and her staff are stellar. Always friendly and professional. They listen! I see a couple different specialist and they are wonderful. I just wish they would drop United Health care and take back Humana. Be very careful when scheduling with this provider. Make sure to find out in advance if the radiologist reading your imaging is contracted with the provider. The facility may show as contracted but not all radiologists are. I received a $605.00 bill from Multicare for a mammogram that was denied as non contracted. When scheduling I was told my insurance was in network however the bill was sent under the radiologist name which wasn't contracted. My provider kept trying to fax in a referral and the fax wouldn’t go through. So I drove 40 minutes to drop the referral in person, and they must’ve misplaced it. When I called back 3 days later to make the appointment, no order had been inputted and the guy said I needed to drive back to the office and resubmit it. When I asked if there was a way to contact the receptionist directly to see what happened to the referral he said no. I had my very first mammogram there today. Everybody was so nice. I was very nervous. Clean office friendly staff. I would recommend them
Just had my 20 week anatomy ultrasound here and had a great experience! Front desk was very friendly, my appointment time was right on time and my sonographer, Sofia and V (not sure if I spelt their name correctly) were great! We got lots of pics of our baby to take home with us, and got to hear the heartbeat as well. Thank you Sofia and V! You’re both great!
