Always a great experience
We previously saw Dr. Eng when she was at Kaiser and loved her. So when our insurance switched we knew we wanted to see her again. Dr. E is still great but this doctors office is horrible as a whole. We had three refers screwed up by thr gal who does referal. This left me in an awkward situation where I almost had a colonoscopy without insurance authorization and found oit the day before. In another case the doctor refered my daughter to GI, it got processed as a colonoscopy. Which she didnt need. No one returns calls or mes... read more
