AWFUL!! 5 calls and two hours waiting I even sent a message and even opted for a callback request as it’s supposed to keep your place in line….NOTHING!! I had an appt this afternoon and now will get charged because they don’t respond. You CANNOT even send your ‘team’ a message on the portal it’s ridiculous
First new patient visit and I was very pleased with all the staff.
Kayla was an amazing MA. She was actively engaged and listening to my health history, engaging and was very sincere! My ARNP's providing me with care, and understanding of my concerns/awareness of certain topics made me feel so comfortable and confident under their care! I look forward to my visits :)
