Kayla was an amazing MA. She was actively engaged and listening to my health history, engaging and was very sincere! Briscoe dropped the ball for my family. Care was necer transferred
I have been a MultiCare/Rockwood patient for many years and wanted to transfer to Airway Heights as my regular doctor was 30 minutes from me. I was excited to get an appointment at AH and waited 2 months for it. I go in for my appointment today and find out my appointment was cancelled and they can't reschedule me until Nov or Dec....No acceptable....you guys suck.
