Dr.aneet kaur has been great to me and trying to find right medications for my rheumatoid arthritis even when she was out of office she did video calls and kept in touch with me im picky about doctors and she is great
I don’t know if the Dr. is over worked or has more patients then she can handle. Experience has been the worst, I’ve had a diagnosis for 3 months and there is still no plan or communication to address the diagnosis. No empathy, no communication and no faith in her or Multicare’s ability to care for and treat patients in the Rheumatology Department. Dr had boat shoes on, no socks, yoga pants with no underwear and a fluffy velour jacket on and brushing one’s hair didn’t seem to be a high priority. All around unprofessional Ms ... read more
The phone secretary's are kind, and nean well. However, The office is severely under staffed, like most specialist offices under MULTICARE health system. The provider's do not complete the care hours they claim they completed on record reflected in documentation. Regular practice of falsified physical assessments i.e writing they listen to heart, lungs and palpated when they never even touched you. Dr Kaur was amazing, knowledgeable, thorough and compassionate. I would recommend anyone!
They don't know how to bill your insurance correctly and the doctor was useless.
