Great facility! The ultrasound technician that did my anatomy scan was fabulous. The doctor explained everything and answered all of my questions. I’d highly recommend and will return for further care.
The front office staff are atrocious, and they sound like they DO NOT want to be there, nor do they care. I don’t understand how these staff members are employed when mothers who are being referred to MFM are often in a a stressful and anxious time during pregnancy. Even with an urgent referral, the front office will not assist further. If possible, seek a referral elsewhere or at another branch.
