Every detail was first class. I was cautious about going to a more rural medical clinic and hospital, but this was a very positive experience. Health care personnel were so helpful and professional.

Pharmacy failed to send my mail order Rx. After over a week from when they received the order i called. I was told it was complete and sitting. The person on the phone asked if i wanted it shipped. I was without meds for a week because the system failed. This is unacceptable. Very poor service
