My appointment was set for 8:30 on Tuesday. They took me in as scheduled and both the md and her assistant were very good at making you feel comfortable.
Great experience. This was a transfer of care visit because my previous Dr. retired. ARNP Janae Nelson made me feel right at home. She was thorough with her explanations and it seriously felt like she has been my Dr for years. Dr's offices and hospitals have always made me nervous. With her I didn't feel like that. I'm glad I am in her care. Keep on smiling Ms Nelson.
Miss Lor was kind and very professional yet I don’t understand why it took 6 months to receive information? My heart specialist sent your office a referral so obviously I need a sleep study?! Instead of doing the study I now am waiting to get another appointment for the actual study! What a complete waste of my time. I could have spoken on the phone . I was in get a call to schedule and so far 3 days and no call? Why wasn’t an appointment set up while I was in their office?
