I went to this urgent care facility in Lacey with a scratched cornea and a foreign object in my left eye. It was absolutely the most excruitinating pain I have ever experienced in my life. I want to thank Dr. Kennedy and Nurse "Steve". After administering a pain medication directly into my eye and getting me settled down Dr. Kennedy was able to swiftly locate a foreign object and remove it creating almost instantaneous pain relief. My son had an abscessed tonsil and we came to the MultiCare Emergency here in Lacey. They were very helpful and with only a very short wait, we were checked in and in a room. About an hour and 30 minutes later, the abscess was drained and we were checking out. Dr Woody Green was very helpful and answered our questions and the process was very smooth! I highly recommend these people!
Got brought to their facility by ambulance. Went there with the worst back pain I've ever had. All they did was give me a couple different pills and tell me there was nothing else they could do for me and discharged me. I could even stand up to walk out of their facility. I went to another hospital where they actually keep me until I could atleast sit up and stand on my own two feet. I will never return to this place.
Well, I was under the "impression" that "multicare" covered a multiple of care levels-BEWARE! If you don't care about being soaked with a HUGE BILL?- then walk right in and be seen. I'm not unhappy with the care I was given-just disappointed of being mislead and having Multicare billing dept/ staff not address the real concern-being ripped off and over charging for services other than emergency related, and NOT even trying to comromise at a reasonable figure!
