The nurses were great however Dr. Alan Hans gaslight my wife and put on her discharge paperwork she had "Depression" and did not take her Autoimmune disease. He was also very unprofessional, his tone changed when I arrived. She is diagnosed and has a serious plan to for to get right if she has an "Episode " Anaphylaxis he then said how do you know you are having an episode. She told him her primary specialist told her. His attitude is due to his inability to help patients and lack of bedside manner. I will not be going back ... read more
I had a scooter accident not too long ago. And their staff is exceptional and very professional. They were so accommodating and you really feel like they care about you. And why does all the doctors and nurses look like they in a TV Series drama!? Not only are they life saver, they also a sight for sore eyes!!! Highly recommend this facility! Shout out to Dr.Pursglove, Tech Mia and all of the staff.
Usually pretty quick…. But, did an entire vaginal exam and the staff never sent my swabs.. I had to call. And after being given the run around they told me I needed to come back and do an entire new visit… There was no way that they could accommodate me coming in for the swabs by themselves even though it was their error. Very thankful for the quick care for my dad. Everything was clean and the nurses were efficient.
This emergency room was a rough experience. Firstly, the receptionist was condescending and unwelcoming. Secondly, the nurse looked extremely miserable and took my blood pressure so much (the machine kept lagging) and irritably took whatever number showed up (I had capillary marks on my arm the next day) and she didn't even bother updating any of my medications or medical history, so the doctor prescribed whatever medication he wanted during the visit.
