Did not properly asses my 2 year old after a motor vehicle accident. Looked at him and asked if he was acting any different that was all . Got billed to my insurance 650 dollars.
Everyone was kind, professional and took care of us quickly. I will only go to this ER in Lacey/Olympia
Beautiful, clean facility with attentive, caring providers. Was seen right away. An excellent choice for emergency care.
They do great with my kids. But, as for me what a joke. Some of the doctors or PA are rude and talk to me condescending. Tonight, I was completely disappointed and disgusted how I was talk to. I have stuff in my foot that won't come out. It was throbbing and warm. This was the 4th day. Tip toeing and can't fully walk. We have tried everything at home. I mean everything. I walked out and told the front desk I'm not doing this. I scheduled an appointment with Indigo cause at least I don't get treated or talk to condescending. ... read more
I can’t thank them enough for such good care for my little boy who had a big gash on his chin. Heather was an absolutely amazing nurse and Dr. Kunde was very nice and did an awesome job as well. They got us in very quick. Was there for an hour and if I went to St. Pete’s I would have been there for probably 3+ hrs.
