My 2 year old cut her foot in some glass and since it was pretty deep and bleeding a lot I brought her here. It ended up being fine and now they are billing me $1400 for 3 minutes of their time and a band-aid. This place will rip you off. Nurse was nice though.

My husband was in severe abdominal pain and we were first met by Phedra, she registered us quickly and before we were finished registration we were met with RN Steve. He quickly took my husband back and started taking care of him. We are appreciative of the level of professionalism and sense of urgency we experienced.
I went to this urgent care facility in Lacey with a scratched cornea and a foreign object in my left eye. It was absolutely the most excruitinating pain I have ever experienced in my life. I want to thank Dr. Kennedy and Nurse "Steve". After administering a pain medication directly into my eye and getting me settled down Dr. Kennedy was able to swiftly locate a foreign object and remove it creating almost instantaneous pain relief.
