I had great experience at this place. When it newly opened. We went in there and few secs called me in. 8 doctors plus 5 nurses. Around me. Great staff and place.
The good part is that everyone was very polite, and I got in very quickly. The bad part is that I received essentially no care other than an opioid prescription. I had excruciating pain in my upper back and left arm. The provider told me that left arm pain usually indicates a heart attack and ask me if I had shortness of breath or chest pain. I told him I was certain it was not a heart attack. (I am athletic, in good shape and other than the arm pain, had no indicators for heart issues.) He did no physical exam. I did not re... read more

I went here in May after a dog attacked me. The intake people were great, but when I actually was seen and treated, the nurse I got was uninterested in actually helping me. She did NOT clean my DOG BITE, and when I asked her she told me I’d have to do it myself, then she just (literally) slapped an bandaid on the wound. At least she gave me the tetanus shot. Also, once I gave the billing people my primary insurance (literally the next day) they continued (TO THIS DAY) to charge the secondary insurance I’d had on hand when I ... read more
