I am unsure about the negative reviews about this emergency room because I went with severe abdominal pain they got me in quick and were thorough and helped ease the pain. I was grateful I didn’t have to have a long wait time and felt the level of care was top notch.
For one moment I thought we were at sain Pets Hospita, having to wait for almost 3-4hours to be brought back to a hallway to keep waiting to be seen.
I got in and out so quick! The staff was awesome, they were all so nice and knowledgeable. It was clean and nice inside. ESPECIALLY my ultrasound tech (I'm pregnant), she was so amazing, and she took her time with me, and helped me with the stress by having such a great attitude. I will definitely recommend this hospital to anyone!
I went here on Sunday and had to have an emergency appendectomy. I cannot say enough good things about this place. Everyone was super happy to help and seemed really happy to be at work. They were very competent and quick! I was there about 9:30 and onto Capital Medical Center for surgery and home by 6pm. Excellent care you guys, all of you! You rock!
I went to the e.r today 8-24-25 to see if I needed more antibiotics... Dr Hans not sure if I spelled it right...He came to me with an argumentative conversation on why I was there...he was talking loud and getting frustrated with me, like he's paying my bills... He kept telling me that it was my teeth..."do you have a dentist? I responded yes, well you need to see them...I told I vent been able to see my pcp, he tells me go in person not knowing what my situation is...
