Angela was great! Kind, caring, she explains and she LISTENS.
It has been very difficult to schedule an appointment. Whenever I call, the call goes to voicemail, and there is no option to book an appointment online. I called and left a voicemail many time in two weeks. The office called me back and also left a voicemail, but we have not been able to speak directly. It should not be this difficult to schedule a simple appointment. I hope patients will be allowed to book appointments online or through MyChart in the future.
It was great I got to see my baby and the doctor was so nice!
The care that I received here was absolutely amazing. The front desk ladies were polite and friendly, the wait time was minimal and the care was top notch. I needed a referral for specific kind of care and I was very pleased with how the whole thing turned out. All my questions and concerns were addressed and answered, the care was to the point but gentle at the same time. Just all around great! Thank you very much for your services 😊
