The staff here today Michelle, Ari, Mo, Julia, and Marissa was absolutely amazing! They took their time, seemed more than willing to help, and I did not feel rushed. I went in for a sensitive matter the nurse and doctor made me feel like they truly cared. The doctor was knowledgeable. She was thorough in gathering the right information and made sure I clearly understood the discharge instructions. Indigo provides the best care, I will always go here!
I had a really great experience at this urgent care. The staff was incredibly kind, patient, and professional from the moment we walked in. What stood out to me the most was how amazing they were with my daughter, who is autistic. They treated her with so much compassion, understanding, and respect, which truly meant a lot to me as a parent. Staff is always nice and professional. Doug was the triage nurse for all of us. 4 kids and myself. I love his line, “sharing is caring.” He got down to business and then handled it all quickly and efficiently. Made for a nicer visit even while feeling not in the best. The facility is clean welcoming and the choices of juices, water, coffe and hot tea with snacks? Nice touch. Thank you for taking care of us. This one place is alway my first pick for care. Our son’s ear drum ruptured and both ears leaking yellow fluid ON CHRISTMAS day. We were a little stressed with it being a holiday. We’re very thankful MultiCare Indigo Urgent Care was open. They saw us quickly and were so wonderful to my 2yo. They welcomed him with Christmas coloring pages and a snack. They offer a variety of beverages and snacks in the lobby too. Very impressed with the entire staff and the care we received today.
I had a great experience. Everything was clean and my doctor and nurse were amazing. My doctor listened and made sure I was taken care of. If I have to go to urgent care again, this will be the place. Thank you!
