I had a fantastic experience at MultiCare Indigo Urgent Care – Spokane. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. They showed genuine care and made me feel like more than just another appointment on the schedule. Great experience overall. Checked in quickly for scheduled appointment. Taken back and seen the provider Right away. Provider took time, was not rushed and consultative. Waiting area was clean, stocked with amenities (Beverages, masks, tissues & hand sanitizer). Lots of space to spread out, Especially nice with cold and flu germs.
Easy check in on line, saved time. Arrived at 3:05p Greeted as I entered the office. Offered coffee, etc. Since I had a possibly contagious illness was asked to wear a mask. Good idea. At 3:20p taken back to exam room. Staff person went over my vitals. Then I waited for about 40 minutes for exam. A suggestion would be to have a staff member stick their head in the exam room every 15 minutes to let me know they were running late. Good to know they take walk-ins They got me in sooner than I was scheduled too. I had a previous appointment that morning with another doctor for another issue. Since I was in town, I wanted to see another doctor for something else, but knew that wasn’t possible with my primary care physician. I stopped into MultiCare Indigo Urgent care after my other appointment, and they took me right away! Thanks to the friendly staff and the service I was able to get my diagnosis. I appreciate you! I brought my daughter, who had a fever for the second day. It was brought down only for a short time with medication. We were received very well, the wait was short, they did tests, gave a pill for nausea, and also recommendations. Thank you very much to all the staff!!!! You are great!!!
