Everyone was kind, professional, and made me feel comfortabl Hailey at the front desk was especially welcoming and helpful from the moment I walked in She was friendly, patient, and made the check in process easy. The medical staff also listened to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and took great care of me Thank you all for the excellent care I highly recommend this urgent care

My son and I visited this urgent care location today, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. We were immediately greeted by Julia at the front desk, who was incredibly welcoming. Within minutes, Marissa brought us back to the room to go over my son's concerns; she was fantastic with him, making him smile and laugh despite not feeling well. Despite it being a busy day, the staff were able to see me before they closed and provided great service. The NP, Michelle, was incredible. She is knowledgeable, personable, and a great provider. All of the medical assistants were helpful and caring, making sure I didn’t feel ignored or rushed even though it was the end of their day. I felt comfortable and confident in my diagnosis and would highly recommend this facility for urgent care needs AND very enjoyable staff.

Best urgent care I have been to! The schedule and online intake paperwork made the whole process a breeze with almost no wait time once I arrived. The staff were super cheerful and helpful. Got the best medical advice ever, take my wife out for an overnight date at a hotel to see if a different mattress would solve my shoulder pain from sleeping on it! Gotta do it, doctor’s orders. 😁

Everything about my visit was 5 stars!! I was a walk in patient. When I first checked in I was asked if I needed water or anything. I needed to use the bathroom so she left it for me to easily access. I was quoted a time but got in early. Which was amazing. My husband was going to be there later so she took his name so he could join me. The nurse who got me checked in was AMAZING! The ARNP was awesome as well. He looked at my cut and knew right away I was in for stitches. I would definitely go back if I am ever in the area!... read more
