My son and I visited this urgent care location today, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. We were immediately greeted by Julia at the front desk, who was incredibly welcoming. Within minutes, Marissa brought us back to the room to go over my son's concerns; she was fantastic with him, making him smile and laugh despite not feeling well. Everything about my visit was 5 stars!! I was a walk in patient. When I first checked in I was asked if I needed water or anything. I needed to use the bathroom so she left it for me to easily access. I was quoted a time but got in early. Which was amazing. My husband was going to be there later so she took his name so he could join me. The nurse who got me checked in was AMAZING! The ARNP was awesome as well. EXCELLENT, QUICK and effective. The kid couldn’t hear, they had him back within 10 min, rinsed his ear within 1/2 an hour. Awesome, human interactions! 10/10 will be back! Thank you indigo! The nurse was awesome, Dr was fantastic! Thank you!
I had a really great experience at this urgent care. The staff was incredibly kind, patient, and professional from the moment we walked in. What stood out to me the most was how amazing they were with my daughter, who is autistic. They treated her with so much compassion, understanding, and respect, which truly meant a lot to me as a parent. Have been feeling terrible for a while, but the mom in me just kept muddling through. Was so appreciative that the care was thorough and showed actual concern. Would recommend Kelsea Hopkins, PA-C to anyone! She was a rock star! All the staff though on for this appointment were incredibly nice and helpful! Felt extremely supported.
