My 5 year old was seen here for possible strep. Turns out she had an ear infection and later covid. I reviewed the test results in my chart the night they came in. Negative for flu and positive for Covid. In the morning a nurse practitioner emailed and said, “Negative for flu and Covid follow up as needed if she isn’t feeling better.” I emailed back and told them they should probably review the results because she was Covid positive. I called in when I was on my way to get on the walk-in schedule for my daughter and when I got to the clinic it was less than a 10 minute wait. Doug was very professional and charming while checking us in. Lexi was very engaging while rooming us. Erin was very meticulous with my daughter’s care and treatment. I couldn’t be happier with our care.
A friend recommended Indigo Urgent Care and I am grateful they did. They were very friendly, helpful and supportive. I was seen right away and they were very polite, thorough and even though they were not able to perform X-rays at that time, they sent me two blocks away and that went very quickly and smoothly. I would recommend Indigo Urgent Care to friends and family. It was the best urgent care experience I’ve ever had.

I had to go in on my lunch break. The scheduling online made that very convenient. I was totally treated with respect, dignity and kindness. Erin, Julia and the intake gal were so friendly and smart. I felt at ease and they fixed my problem in no time getting me right back to work! Kudos ladies!
