I had a fantastic experience at MultiCare Indigo Urgent Care – Spokane. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. I admitted myself to the waitlist of a different clinic, they called and said they could get me in at their location faster if I chose to make the drive. I said yes and was seen right away and the staff is super friendly. I needed an emergency referral to an optometrist and when the next morning rolled around, I had called the referral clinic right away only to find out Indigo had called for me right as I was calling to push the urgency for me to be seen. My appointment was scheduled at 845. I showed up 15 minutes early. Was greated and brought back immediately. First dealing with part of the "concierge team", Julia was an absolute delight. She was super friendly and helpful. Moving on to the nurse practitioner, Beaver, was very friendly and made me feel comfortable in a not so comfortable situation. He was very informative and caring start to finish. I would absolutely go back. Service was wonderful, quick and painless!
I was able to make an appointment an hour ahead. They got me in a few minutes after the time. The Medical Assistant and the Nurse Practitioner were wonderful. Neither rushed our time together. They were both very knowledgeable and compassionate. The nurse practicioner was diligent in looking for a solution and offered great explanations. She told me what to do in the future as well. Hands down the best medical care I have received in 10 years!! (Besides obgyn's) I reserved my spot online, and the front desk actually called me while I was on my way in to make sure I was okay, wow! I have been experiencing horrible allergies and asthma attacks for over six months now and have been having a hard time breathing. Mixed with steroids, anxiety and frustration that my doctor was no help ... I was a total mess when I got there. They were amazing!!!!!
