I was able to make an appointment an hour ahead. They got me in a few minutes after the time. The Medical Assistant and the Nurse Practitioner were wonderful. Neither rushed our time together. They were both very knowledgeable and compassionate. The nurse practicioner was diligent in looking for a solution and offered great explanations. She told me what to do in the future as well. I had a fantastic experience at MultiCare Indigo Urgent Care – Spokane. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. My appointment was scheduled at 845. I showed up 15 minutes early. Was greated and brought back immediately. First dealing with part of the "concierge team", Julia was an absolute delight. She was super friendly and helpful. Moving on to the nurse practitioner, Beaver, was very friendly and made me feel comfortable in a not so comfortable situation. He was very informative and caring start to finish. I would absolutely go back. Service was wonderful, quick and painless!
The staff here are professional, thorough and efficient. We had walked in around 3:00 because the website said, “walk ins welcome,” but it turned out that the website doesn’t keep up. We got an appointment for 5:15 and came back. It was worth coming back, we got in right on time, got x-rays right there so the diagnosis was accurate and we left with a referral for follow up. It was under 2 hours, and sure beats the usual ER experience.
I brought my daughter, who had a fever for the second day. It was brought down only for a short time with medication. We were received very well, the wait was short, they did tests, gave a pill for nausea, and also recommendations. Thank you very much to all the staff!!!! You are great!!!
