I went to Indigo today requiring stitches to my forehead. They got me right in because of head trauma and my age. Everyone from the front desk were above and beyond explained in detail how serious a laceration can be. Jacqueline Sisolak ARNP did excellent job sowing me up and explained the procedure in detail and how to take care of it going forward. Her assistant Blessing was also was great cleaning my wound before and after the procedure. Thanks again to you all.
Booked an appointment easily. Waited a half hour past my noon appointment, to be expected at any provider by afternoon. Greeted by friendly person at front desk. Offered water. Once in a room friendly assistant screened me, took vitals, etc. provider came in, friendly and listened to my symptoms and discussed plan of 3 prescriptions. The only suggestion that I have is that the person who screened me in the exam room should have verified my preferred pharmacy. I had 2 in my chart.
