Check in staff was great, the Tech who took vitals was rude, but the ARNP was fantastic. She was kind and listened to my concerns about my daughter. She took time to talk to me as a Mom and I was so appreciative of that.
I love that I can schedule an appointment ahead of time, I can't do that in other urgent cares (you can join the line, but not pick a time.) I was well taken care of and loved the nurses and the doctor.
