While there were still 20 minutes until closing, I brought my son in to be evaluated after he fell hard on his shoulder and was in significant pain. We were told they stop accepting patients at 7:30 p.m., even though their posted closing time is later and that policy wasn’t listed anywhere. As an ER nurse (and former urgent care nurse), I found this very disappointing. Everyone who assisted me was fast, efficient, friendly and freaking rockstars. This was my first time coming for me but I’ve previously taken my 3 kids and my husband and it’s always a really pleasant experience. Rav was exceptional

The woman at the front desk was unexpectedly rude and dismissive during my visit. I understand healthcare can be busy, but patients deserve to be treated with kindness and respect, especially when they’re seeking medical care. Her attitude made an already stressful situation even more unpleasant. I hope management addresses this, as the front desk sets the tone for the entire patient experience.
