I liked that I could make an appointment and was seen on time. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the facility and the friendliness of staff! My issue was taken care of, and I would highly recommend.
We are incredibly disappointed and frustrated with our experience. We need a ferritin blood test for our daughter. Our PCP recently dropped our insurance and suggested we go to urgent care to get the test done. The test is listed as a ”service provided,” but the doctor wanted to test for anemia first for “insurance reasons.” We were under the impression that we needed to do anemia test first in order to get approval for additional testing.
