Very fast and professional.
They were all very kind and understanding 10 out of 10 would recommend
Saturday early evening. First time here. Fast check in with friendly receptionist. allowed me to wait in car- text me when ready. About 50 mins later, into exam room, friendly nurse. P assistant pleasant and efficient. Took xray and out the door within 30 minutes. Will go back if needed.
Staff was great. The new doctor was fantastic. He listened to me, answered my questions, gave me his opinion which was greatly appreciated. Every time I've been to Indigo Urgent Care Uptown, I've been relieved to get the care I needed. The staff seems much less stressed then at my regular doctor's office.
I was seen in a timely manner and the NP prescribed mediated ointment that seems to be working.
