Multi- care is the worst healthcare system I've ever dealt with. Period. I wasn’t here for a refill for a broken back, I was here for pain management for my back surgery i today. The saddest part of all of this that your doctors notes are false!!!!!!!! Says i came in for back pain, no mention of my surgery earlier today. I need to speak to someone about how all of this has been handled. I expect someone to explain to me how my chart could be falsified by a NP. Her notes are false!!!!’

The team/ the staff were great people, Understanding and made you feel comfortable and they are professional and efficient. One of the better urgent cares I’ve been to.

The facility is spotless and the staff is wonderful. Emily at the front is absolutely lovely. I’ve been in myself and with my children and she is always fantastic. They are very efficient and I’m always is and out as quickly as possible. I love that they are in Liberty Lake.
