Staff was great, short wait with plenty of appointments available.
Terrible experience. Called ahead to ask if I could be treated here for what I needed. Was told they could help. Had to wait 5 hours for an appointment (out of their control) and paid $225 dollars to be told to go to the emergency room. Why wouldn’t you just tell me that BEFORE I come in?!
Made an appointment online (actual walk in’s are not welcome as we found out,) and was seen quickly. The front desk gal, and nurses were friendly and helpful, they are the real reason for the stars! I saw Deb Wheeler as my provider and she was kind of a brute. You can tell she’s been in the industry for a long time and lacked empathy.
