The front desk was not able to find my insurance even though I was a previous patient- took 25 minutes to check in. The check in nurse was great, but the doctor on duty was dismissive, said “she had been an ER nurse and never experienced some of the more deep and detailed issues that come up”, suggested that perhaps I had “cancer tags” when I was checking in on a bug bite. Never again.
I was a walk in and even though they were very busy and couldn’t get me in right away, they said they could call me in a couple of hours to get me in and they did. Everyone was very pleasant and easy to deal with. The Dr took his time , I did not feel rushed and explained exactly what was going on with me and why. I would recommend them to my friends.
Even though they were short handed! They made me feel absolutely welcome! They were all so nice to everyone they talked to!
