I waited under ten minutes and was so impressed with the receptionist, Nurse practitioner and the Dr. I received great care from all! Thank you Indigo urgent care!
Great experience. Everyone was so nice One criticism is having to explain my situation twice. Once to the nurse and then to the provider. Not sure why the provider didn’t read what the nurse wrote.

Fails to Follow Directions I notified the front desk, nurse staff and doctor that everything I was seeking service for would be an out-of-pocket expense due to my deductible. As per standard, they asked for my insurance. I stated, 'DO NOT BILL' as it would not satisfy the deductible. Did they listen? No. They wanted to tack on extra tests and stacked up fee and after fee, then charged $400 for a 45 minute visit (which they stated doesn't need to be 45 minutes with you, but just 45 minutes or more on your case file). Everyone was extremely nice and super helpful. I didn’t have an appointment but my wait time was minimal and the visit was quick in a good way!
