I am always treated very well. All the staff including ARNP Laura Weeks were very polite and professional.
Made an appointment for 1:15pm. It was changed to 1:45, after I was already there. Wasn’t seen by the PA until 2:20’ish. She was in the room long enough to get details about the auto accident I was in earlier in the day and immediately referred me to an ER because they don’t have the ability to do imaging. Just seems that conclusion could have been reached far earlier in the process had the questions been asked. Just disappointed I was there well over an hour to be seen for <5 mins.
All the workers are courteous and caring giving prompt attention to the patients' needs. Great place to go when you can't get to your primary care.
