Everyone was kind and efficient, very clean and lots of snack & drink choices while you wait. I did wait a little long considering I had an appointment ( unforeseen delay) but the doctor was so nice, funny and attentive that it was still a pleasant experience !
Awesome. Had an hour wait but it was worth it. Kye was the practitioner and he took the time to listen to me and really figure out what was wrong. Much better than the indigo location on Newport hwy I had such a base experience at that one. I will definitely be back to this location!
Quick response and great people
I am visiting from the mid-west. I fell from a bike and injured my arm. I didn't want to go to an ER. Indigo had a good rating and, even better, i could make an appointment so I didn't have to wait fora long time with a bunch of other sick people. They got me in quickly, diagnosed a sprain, but took an x-ray to rule out a fracture. I was in and out in less than an hour. The staff were friendly and efficient. I'll definitely use Indigo on Wellesley if I need emergency medical care while visiting Spokane.
One of the best urgent care visits I’ve experienced. The staff, were very pleasant, respectful and not even the tiniest bit condescending. A rare and appreciated change from the norm. If I should need an urgent care in the future it will definitely be this one!!!!
