I made an appt, was greeted pleasantly by front office staff, waited a short time before being taken to an exam room. The medical assistant and arnp were very gentle and caring with my wound. They addressed all of my concerns and helped me.
My experience was professional, friendly and made me feel well taken care of.
I walked in with no appointment available for 3+ hours, so I stayed on a stand by basis in case someone didn't show up. After 30 minutes they were able to fit me in. The front staff made me comfortable and once I was able to be seen, the staff and doctor were caring and thorough. I'm not looking forward to the next time I get sick, but when I do, I'm going back to Indigo!
We were asked what is our goal for our visit? Hmm??? That’s a strange question. Our son was diagnosed incorrectly and prescribed meds for it, we both knew it was incorrect and felt disappointed we took him out of our home and comfort for this visit. The only good, was us knowing there wasn’t something more concerning than the flu for him
