Most of the staff were great, but the Dr was like, “I'm sure you don't have strep,” but I came back positive. Not a big deal, just kinda annoying. And the one who did the strep swab was over-aggressive. I almost felt the need to vomit. The nurse who did my paperwork and vitals was great, friendly, and felt sincere. Overall, not a bad visit by any means; however, it felt like a few people were in there who really regretted their decision to enter the medical field.
Every person that helped me at the clinic was extremely kind and sympathetic. Great service and great staff!
My daughter woke us up at 3 AM this morning with a sore throat and ear infection that I came and got diagnosed and medication for promptly. Samantha and Erin were wonderful and made her as comfortable as she could possibly be with the circumstances. There was a red flag while we were there and Samantha came and checked in with us and explained why we waited a little extra to see Erin. Great experience!
The staff was very, very efficient and pleasant. Samantha did a great job cleaning my ears which can be a challenge. It’s an exceptionally clean clinic with really nice people working there.
