Great experience. I don't like that I can't make an appt due to my insurance, my original 5 star rating was revised. The staff is always friendly and great about communicating wait times whether it is to be seen or for tests. Since it is close to my house and my Dr office can be booked out for some time to be seen or it is a weekend when the office is closed this has become a place I know I can get in and trust the care I am getting. I would say, the best Urgent Care clinic in the Spokane area. Made an online appointment. No wait. Got accepted right away and the lady at the front desk was professional, as well as the nurse and physician.
Very courteous staff. Everyone explained what they were doing for me and asked me a lot of questions about my need for the visit. I left impressed them all.
