The google maps page and website indicates that imaging is open until 6pm. This is not the case as depicted in attached picture. Update the hours on maps AND the website. I drove over an hour for nothing.
Only one person at the front desk and she was really young, probably a teen, which wouldn’t make sense. Secondly, I was there to get an x-ray done, she directed me to another desk where there was no one. I went back to the lady and she said the X-ray examiners were packing up since they were closing soon. I had gotten there 30 minutes before they closed and there were many other people waiting. I’m not mad that they didn’t get my x ray but they weren’t looking at other people either.
The front desk lady is great. The ultrasound technician was horrible and rude. My Obgyn sent me here to get an ultrasound because I was having complications with my pregnancy and they wanted me to get checked asap. This lady was incredibly rude and asking me questions about if i am really pregnant and did my DR. even confirm this. She was treated me like I was wasting her time and lying about my last menstrual cycle. I understand that she couldn't give me any answers since she wasn't a doctor. They forward all calls after 3 rings. I’ve been trying to get my X-ray for 2 weeks. Better off waiting in the ER‼️
