Was given a referral after an urgent care visit for mid-September. When I arrived all staff were kind and attentive. I was checked in early and taken to a room quickly. The tech started going over why I was there and we quickly realized that the referring doctor's notes did not match what I'd told her and what I'd gone into be seen for (this is not Auburn's fault).
