Horrible! They will not tell you that you can’t bring your child to your appointment. I wasn’t able to be seen for my emergency growth scan today, because nobody told me I couldn’t have my son with me-who sits calmly by the way, so I couldn’t be seen today. Mind you, it was an emergency visit to make sure my baby is healthy and growing okay. The receptionist do not pay attention and we’re on their phone at check in, had no idea I was standing there. I do not recommend.
I spoke with Beth today in regards to an MRI referral. She was so kind and procided excellent customer service she was also very thorough in handling matter at hand! So refreshing these days to receive great customer service and handle the matter instead of just brushing it off to someone else. Thank you, Beth!!!
Very welcoming and helpful staff with very clean rooms, relaxing atmosphere, and tasty treats at the coffee shop.
My wife is in the hospital right now they could care less about her I've had to clean and change her myself or she sits in her own bowl movement which she can not help
I give Pulse Heart Center in Auburn 5 stars because the care and attention I have received there is 5 star! From reception thru nurses and doctors the care and compassion are tops! All my heart procedures have been handeled by well trained individuals who are friendly and treated me like a person, not just another patient.
