This place has been super helpful, kind, and encouraging.
Multi care is horrible at communicating bills. I made a payment arrangement with them, that they agreed with, and then they tried to send my bill to collections before the arrangement ended. They will not do financial assistance for urgent care. The dated letter they sent, threatening about collections, said I needed to contact them within 10 days but I did not receive the letter in the mail until the 10th day and that was a weekend, when they are closed. Very poor business. I will not use them again
