I always get the best day care from my medical team at MultiCare Family Medical and Federal Way I really appreciate my whole team they're awesome
Went in for a yearly physical, the only thing I asked is if the doctor could order a blood test, this changed my appointment from a normal yearly checkup to a simple visit. My insurance covers yearly check ups at 100% and not 100% for simple visits. Tried to ask Multicares billing office to help, they would not and said to contact Dr. to ask to change visit. Of course their Dr.'s never return calls but their assistant returned the call saying the type of appointment could not be changed because they dont want to be accused o... read more
