Was told that they could not schedule an appointment without a referral even though or insurance does not require a referral. Additionally we faxed over our URGENT referral was was told that it would take 7 days to process. This is for a condition that could potentially lead to permanent hearing loss and life-long long vestibular dysfunction. This clinics practices are a patient safety risk.
