My experience was good from on all levels. The office staff was obviously extremely busy, but checked me in quickly and gave clear directions. The PA was kind and friendly, was very clear with her directions and seemed to really care. Dr. Duke was very knowledgeable and thorough in his explainations. He seems to genuinely care and have compassion for my concerns and patient and willing to work with me on them.
