Nurse seemed genuinely disappointed when she realized I was not there to get surgery consult but had already had the surgery and was following up on post op issues. Doctor was polite but disinterested and dismissive in general, didn't resolve the issue and didn't seem interested in trying to help me resolve the issue. Everything was delegated to the front desk receptionist and me to "go ask them if they can help you find someone who can help you" was the gist of it.
