Had a good experience
My mom who is 83 years old has been struggling to hear at a normal level. We saw Dr. Pedersen who has been nothing short of remarkable. She is extremely patient with my mom. She tested my mom and found out that she required hearing aids. Dr. Peterson did all the leg work with insurance companies to ensure my mom was taken care of. We feel blessed to have her as a specialist assisting my mom. I highly recommend her services.
Took way too long for the operator to book an appointment. Better training needs to happen.
