Worst communication ever. Not enough staff in office. Took 2 days to make an appointment and I had to go into the office because no one ever called me back. New employee was left alone with NO one to assist when she needed help. She should quit. Experienced employee had 3 people waiting to be helped and left them standing to be assisted by the new employee so they could go on break. Multicare is only about money and cares nothing about their customer service or their employees. Maybe poor customer service is their goal. One ... read more
