This is a little stand-alone building, and it looks like every other urgent care I've ever seen. I took my child in for urgent care need, not an emergency-level need. The staff were nice enough in general, and I put up with the weight because I know that's just the nature of urgent cares. I am so grateful that this type of Urgent Care/ER exists in our community. I was having a foreign body sensation in my eye late at night. It turned out I had a corneal abrasion but it would have been a nightmare to wait in the ED at St. Michael’s. Many thanks to the team at MultiCare for getting me in and seen quickly. Everyone from registration to clinical staff was kind and understanding. Highly recommend for non-urgent medical issues.

Went in with a bloody nose, got charged exactly $3,145.20 …seem reasonable to you? If I was on the brink of death and this place was the only urgent care on earth, id rather die than pay the amount they’d charge me to save my life. :)
