We had an appointment time scheduled for an injection MRI. We arrived early and were told by multiple staff members where we needed to go. Not one individual took the time to look into the computer system to ensure we were in the correct imaging place, because apparently there are multiple imaging locations in a couple different buildings of which we were unaware.
