You will never convince me that the staff at this hospital are anything but caring and kind. I have truly never felt so well looked after. These people work hard and deserve so much kindness and recognition for all they do. I cannot say enough about the wonderful care I have received here.

My room was disgustingly unclean and the nursing staff were all just sitting around in the area. They sat and giggled were sitting at the nursing station .they would ignore calls lights and act like they were too busy and i I was able to see them in plain sight in my room. There wasn't any bed side manners. It was a horrible experience!

I’ve visited all of the area and this was by far the best experience I’ve ever had in an ER. Were we there a long time, yes, were we having tests ran and getting updates the whole time also yes. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

We had to make a trip to the emergency room tonight because my husband had sliced his thumb pretty deeply on a mandolin while making dinner. I was going to go to Providence as the Kaiser advice nurse had recommended but accidentally asked the map for directions to Deaconess MultiCare. I know, I know, but we are still relatively new in town and I was worried about my husband.
