I’ve been here with family twice and both times it was a mess. Both times my family members waited for four hours or more to see a doctor. It wasn’t even packed one of the times. The timeframe alone is unacceptable for emergency care and from the sounds of things, it’s a problem all over the city.

I am very disappointed with the level of care and professionalism at this hospital. I have been waiting for over five hours while in significant pain, yet staff appear to be relaxed, socializing, and not prioritizing patient care. Additionally, the hygiene standards are concerning. I observed medical items with visible blood left unattended, which raises serious safety concerns and is unacceptable in a healthcare setting. Communication from staff has also been inadequate. First off I am African American. Second of all I find it very hard to find medical care in Spokane that is fair and unbiased. I have been dealing with a cavity. And have been to different hospitals and urgent Care throughout Spokane. And I ALWAYS left in the exact same pain as when I went in.
