Have needed to take my wife here twice in the last month. Both times she needed an xray, and an mri. First trip was 5 hours. Today we came in the lobby was empty, but now 4.5 hours later we are still waiting. No cafeteria available, and the vending machine is out of order, it's inhumane.
I HAD TOO WAIT 26 MINUTES UNTIL IM CALLED THEY NEED MORE STAFF AND MORE ROOMS THEY CANT MAKE PATIENTS WAIT 30-40 MINUTES AND AFTER 26 MINUTES I GOT CALLED ILLERATE STAFF
I have been here multiple times over the years and have never had a negative experience! Everyone is always very helpful and very kind. I specifically, though, wanted to shout out Dr. Nicholas Carpenter (and the nurse who helped me but I can't remember her name, I'm sorry!) I haven't been able to receive any of my medications in months due to insurance nonsense, and I was here to see if I could be helped with refills. Snotty nurses and twice now the Dr. has been less then helpful. The only quick and efficient part of this experience is triage and billing. Verrry quick with the copay request.
Came yesterday morning 5/5. Was immediately triaged upon check in and taken to a room. My Rn took great care of me and made sure my needs were addressed and I left feeling better. During a time like that, the care I received is exactly what was needed. Thank you again.
