Completely unprofessional and have no thought about anyone. Sat for 5 hours with no updates nothing. If your sick just go somewhere else.
My first time visiting MultiCare ER in Covington loved the staff how they treated us. Dr.Kilian was so amazing and very patient. It didn't take a lot of time to get discharge.
Went here last night and was super painful, the nurses and doctor did everything they can to manage my pain and they did an excellent job. I have a really low pain tolerance and sometimes I feel like Doctors don't listen to my concern until I return for a second time. I left the ER feeling way better than what I came in. The lead RN who drew my blood & placed my catheter made it a pain-free experience, I am extremely scared of getting blood draws due to being poked multiple times whenever I get blood drawn. 10/10 we had a very long wait but the doctors and nurses were extremely kind and helpful. Nurse Glenn was awesome and made our stay amazing, he should really get a promotion or something. He would come and make my mother laugh which was so heartwarming to hear. His great attitude was very much appreciated.
