Went here last night and was super painful, the nurses and doctor did everything they can to manage my pain and they did an excellent job. I have a really low pain tolerance and sometimes I feel like Doctors don't listen to my concern until I return for a second time. I left the ER feeling way better than what I came in. The lead RN who drew my blood & placed my catheter made it a pain-free experience, I am extremely scared of getting blood draws due to being poked multiple times whenever I get blood drawn. 10/10 we had a very long wait but the doctors and nurses were extremely kind and helpful. Nurse Glenn was awesome and made our stay amazing, he should really get a promotion or something. He would come and make my mother laugh which was so heartwarming to hear. His great attitude was very much appreciated.
RN Shila and RN Tamarin were awesome and attentive and friendly! I got in pretty fast and they helped me out a lot! Better than Auburn Regional and Valley Medical! I’ll go here from now on if I can’t go to Virginia Mason!
