I am writing to formally complain about the treatment we received during our recent visit to the ER. I was extremely disappointed and concerned by the way we were treated, and I feel that we were neglected, dismissed, and treated without the level of respect and attention that patients deserve. Nurses are very unprofessional and incompetent and do not have patience for children with special needs. If it was not truly an emergency and I had more time I would have drove to Mary Bridge children’s. This place is ridiculous and I’m truly disappointed

Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience at Covington ER. I came in severely sick and dehydrated after vomiting all day, being unable to keep anything down, and eventually passing out. It took about four hours to get a room, although I did receive an IV in the lobby. After being told I may need surgery in the morning, I arranged for my child to be taken home and returned around 5 AM completely exhausted and without sleep. Staff are rude and unprofessional, the lead RN there is a girl who is so mean and ignorant, she injected the IV in my hands which hurts so bad and even though I told her couple of times to stop because it hurts so bad she wouldn’t even even look at me and she told me that I’m acting weird, that’s very unprofessional and rude, mind you she is the lead registered nurse, The other nurse looked at her a few times but didn’t say anything maybe because she was the lead nurse

Sat for 3+ hours waiting for medication to be dispensed to my other half who was dealing with issue with kidneys. Watched others go in and out more frequently as the evening went on.
