I don’t recommend. I had an issue with the amount of time on hold (35 minutes), then person who took my call had no authority to resolve my issue. The best she could offer was ‘send a message back’ to the provider and/or her team. I needed the issue handled same day but they did not handle it same day, they didn’t handle it at all. This phone call was after waiting 2 days for them to respond to the My Chart request which they ignored. Seems like they might have too many patients to juggle.
