This morning is the 3rd time they either cancelled my appointment without calling, or scheduled my appointment for someone else. Don’t count on them being open when you arrive, you’ll experience less disappointment.

Left message after message and no call back. Week after week with no response back. Even called the head Multicare office and they did nothing to help. What do people need to do to get and appointment?
Very difficult to get a hold of someone to speak to. Even when voice mails are left, it can take up to a whole week for a response.
