The main entrance has an arrow pointing to the right and says Outpatient checkin is at the north end. I followed the arrow and walked around the building but that lead to a staff-only entrance. I had to retrace my steps to the main entrance then walk through the entire building before finding the right department. It was difficult.
This hospital is absolutely terrible. Their processes and communication are nearly nonexistent. Nurses and doctors couldn’t care less about their patients and you have to hunt them down for them to actually do their job.
I was treated with nothing but kindness. There was also zero judgment about the reason I was there. Nurse Veronica in the ER is phenomenal. She treated me so kindly.
