They treat you like sheep. They shave the wool and send you on through. And if they cut you with the shears they tell you to figure it out and get your own band aid. They do not CARE about the patient. I would recommend going somewhere else. Not accommodating at all.
Haven't returned calls to reschedule for weeks. Ongoing issue even before this. Specialist and pre-op both asked if we're going here, and I'm trying to explain we can't and we've tried. Phone goes straight to voicemail.
I am extremely disappointed with how my appointment was handled at North Star Lodge Cancer Center. I traveled all the way from Panama, where I’m currently recovering from breast cancer, for a scheduled appointment on August 20. Went for radiation therapy, burned holes in my prostate and bladder. I was airlifted to Seattle. Given 12 hours to live. This place is horrible!
