I asked my phlebotomist not to use my hand for her second try at my vein. She promptly stuck it in my hand!! I have good veins and more in my forearm that could have been used. She just took the easy way regardless of my preference (instructions!).
Dr. Felman T. Ogden and Sandy are the best at being the best in their professions. Extremely knowledgeable and capable when I am in their care. I honestly can’t say enough good things about this care team.
