Been a long time since I ve had a doctor who really seemed interested in my problems. I give them a 5
I called this MultiCare in July to set up a new patient appointment. The soonest they could see me was January. After waiting 6 months, on the day of my appointment, they called me 45 minutes before the time I was supposed to arrive, to inform me it had been canceled. The only explanation they provided was that the doctor was out of the office. When I asked to reschedule, the soonest they could see me was in 9 months in October!
