Poor Experience — Expect Long Waits This place is an unnecessary waste of time. I visited recently, and although the parking lot was practically empty, I was able to get a room within about 5 minutes. However, once inside, they were taking nearly 2 hours between each test. If your time is valuable and you need timely medical care, I would recommend considering another urgent care or emergency facility.

I can't say enough good things about the staff at this ER. My elderly mother had a pretty nasty fall, and every single person we encountered treated her with kindness, patience, and compassion. From the front desk staff to the triage nurse, nursing assistants, ER physician, and radiology team, everyone was friendly, caring, and professional.
