Even with a long wait the service here is exceptional.
I came here seeking treatment for COVID when I was travelling, and was sent home with a lecture about how it wasn't that bad and only at-risk patients could be prescribed antivirals (my doctor in Oregon prescribed me Paxlovid the next day). A month later, they have still not billed my insurance and I am getting $300 bills in the mail. I've only seen one side of this practice -- it's possible they are a decent urgent care if you have local insurance and come in with a common injury, so I'm giving them a two-star review.
This place is amazing!! Went here for COVID testing they are very clean & followed all CDC guidelines and had AMAZING customer service and are extremely supportive with diversity and Inclusion!! Definitely RECOMMEND
Everyone was nice as could be and timely. No complaints at all. And the nice lady gave me a popsicle for my throat!
