Trying to schedule a simple appointment. No one answers the phone. It says leave a message and they’ll return your call by end of day. No return calls. Is anyone even there??? Update. I did a walk-in and was helped promptly and professionally. My problem is not with the service, it’s with the phone handling. All I ask is that you do what your answering service says you will.

Terrible experience. We had a hard time checking in because the staff couldn’t figure out the computer system. After finally getting it sorted, we were told the doctor was out to lunch. When the doctor finally became available, they refused to see my son because we didn’t have his Social Security card — even though he’s a minor. This requirement was never communicated in advance, and it makes no sense for urgent care. The whole visit felt like a joke.
